FlocklyEvery paid plan includes all six supported social networks, unlimited scheduled posts subject to network limits, Smart Schedule, a visual calendar, AI captions and hashtags, First Comment scheduling on supported channels, basic video editing, Creative Studio and /creative, brand context, reusable creative Skills, Shop Grid, the Instagram DM inbox, and comment inboxes for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Starter
Starter is $19 per month or $190 per year. It includes 100 creative credits each month, 10 GB media storage, up to six months of analytics history at overview level, best-time suggestions and an overview Shopify-attributed revenue total. Smart Schedule includes a start date, weekly pace, planning window and weekend controls.
Growth
Growth is $49 per month or $490 per year. It includes everything in Starter, 350 creative credits each month, 50 GB media storage and up to twelve months of analytics history. It adds full channel and post analytics, follower trends, attributed sales by channel, Shop Grid design and branding removal, detailed Shop Grid clicks/orders/revenue, downloadable performance reports and Instagram comment-to-DM automation.
Scale
Scale is $99 per month or $990 per year. It includes everything in Growth, 800 creative credits each month, 150 GB media storage, advanced Smart Schedule controls and branded reports with your own logo, plus priority support and onboarding.
Advanced Smart Schedule includes posting windows per channel, blackout dates, minimum hours between proposed posts and up to ten saved scheduling rules. Both Growth and Scale have the same up-to-twelve-month analytics window and the same Instagram Auto-DM provider limits.
Creative credits and storage
All plans use the same Creative Studio and /creative infrastructure and the same supported AI image quality. Starter includes AI images but not generative AI video. Growth and Scale include six-second generative Animate. Normal video upload, trim, crop, resize, scheduling and publishing remain available on Starter.
Creative jobs have one credit quote including art direction and lightweight product checks:
- Product Shot: 3 credits.
- /creative campaign image: 5 credits.
- Continue or reuse an established campaign direction: 3 credits, when that workflow applies.
- On Model: 9 credits.
- Generative edit: 3 credits under the current schedule; review the quote before confirming.
- Generative social expansion/outpaint: 3 credits per canvas.
- Ordinary crop, resize and export: 0 creative credits.
- Standard six-second generative Animate: 25 credits, Growth and Scale only, without generated audio.
Starter's 100-credit pool allows up to 20 campaign images. Growth's 350-credit pool allows up to 70 campaign images OR 14 six-second AI videos. Scale's 800-credit pool allows up to 160 campaign images OR 32 six-second AI videos. These are alternative maximum-use examples from one pool, not simultaneous allowances. Merchants can mix supported operations within their monthly credits. Longer, premium or audio-generating video is not included in the standard Animate quote.
To use /creative, select a Shopify product or upload an image and ask for a campaign. Inspiration images are optional. Normal /creative does not automatically search the internet. Supplied inspiration guides an original direction for your product. Follow-ups such as “Introduce a model” or “Make the lighting harder” can continue the same project and direction; ask for something completely different to develop a new direction.
Included credits refresh on the first day of each calendar month in UTC, including for annual subscriptions. Unused credits do not roll over. An upgrade adds the difference between plan allowances during the current month. A downgrade changes the credit allowance at the next monthly refresh. Storage is a separate allowance and includes retained Creative assets; deleting unused assets frees their storage once deletion completes. Top-ups are not available at launch.
Analytics and messaging limits
Analytics history is available up to the plan limit where the network supplies it. Follower growth builds from collected observations, so a new connection does not receive invented historical follower growth.
Growth and Scale include up to two new Auto-DM rules per Instagram profile within 24 hours. This is a rule-creation limit, not a two-message limit. Each rule runs for up to 15 days and checks about every 15 minutes. Instagram reply windows and daily messaging limits also apply. Scale does not increase these provider limits. Billing
All prices are USD. Annual prices include two months free compared with paying monthly. Every plan has a 14-day free trial through Shopify. Open Settings → Plan & billing to compare every included feature and use Shopify's hosted pricing page to change your plan or billing period. Shopify shows the charge before you approve it.
