Ask Flockly is the conversational assistant inside the Flockly workspace. You can ask a normal question instead of finding a separate tool or report first.
What Ask Flockly can do
Ask Flockly can:
- answer product questions from approved Flockly Help articles and link to its sources;
- summarize the Shopify and connected-channel analytics currently available to your store;
- tell you how many drafts, scheduled posts and published posts are saved, and show the next scheduled items;
- create or refine Creative Studio work; and
- arrange ready drafts into a Smart Schedule for you to review.
Analytics answers use the same plan permissions and stored source data as the Analytics area. If Shopify history is still importing, a channel is disconnected or a metric is unavailable, Ask Flockly says so instead of estimating a result.
Review before anything changes
Reading Help, analytics or the post library does not change the workspace. When you ask Ask Flockly to organize drafts, it prepares a review card with the exact drafts, proposed times, timezone and reason for each slot.
Nothing is scheduled until you select the confirmation button. Before confirming, check the captions, channels, order and times. The proposal expires, and it also becomes stale if one of its drafts changes, which prevents an older conversation from scheduling a newer version by mistake.
Ask Flockly does not silently publish, delete, cancel, disconnect or change billing. Continue to use the relevant Flockly screen for actions that are not offered as an approval card.
Prepare drafts for scheduling
Each draft needs a caption and at least one connected channel. Ask Flockly keeps the Smart Schedule queue order where one has been saved, uses the store timezone and blends available account performance with network benchmarks for suggested times.
You can say, for example:
- “What are my results for the last 30 days?”
- “What is scheduled next?”
- “Organize my drafts across the next two weeks and skip weekends.”
- “How does revenue attribution work?”
Data used for a request
Your message and recent conversation context are used to understand the request. Flockly's server, not the model, controls which store data can be read and which approved action can run. Store credentials are not placed in model prompts. See Privacy and data access for more detail.
Need help?
If Ask Flockly says data is unavailable or cannot complete a store-specific request, open the relevant Flockly page to check its status or contact Flockly with your Shopify store name. Never send a Shopify or social-network password.
