FlocklyOnce Flockly is available in the Shopify App Store, every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You choose the plan when you install and approve the subscription through Shopify.
How billing works
Flockly uses Shopify's billing system. Your subscription appears on your regular Shopify invoice and Flockly does not receive your card details. You are not charged until the trial ends if you keep the plan active.
Changing your plan
You can change plans from Plan & billing in Flockly. Shopify handles the subscription change and any proration under its billing rules.
Refunds
Amounts already billed are generally non-refundable, except where the law requires it or Flockly agrees otherwise in writing, for example if you were charged in error. See the Terms for the full policy.
