Do I need a Shopify store?

Yes. Flockly is an app for Shopify stores, with your products, content and calendar together inside Shopify.

Which social channels can I connect?

Flockly supports Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and X. Supported account types and post formats vary by channel.

Is there a free trial?

Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Plans and billing are managed through Shopify.

Can I review my posts before they publish?

Yes. Review your captions, media, channels and dates before scheduling. Smart Schedule prepares a plan for you to review and confirm.

Does Flockly send Instagram DMs?

The Instagram DM inbox is available on every plan. Growth and Scale also include Auto-DM rules. Instagram’s reply windows and limits still apply.

How do I change or cancel my plan?
