Shop Grid is Flockly's hosted link-in-bio page. It can contain links to Shopify products and other destinations selected by the merchant.
Shop Grid is available on every Flockly plan. Flockly hosts the public page so it stays available outside Shopify. Each store can claim a unique, stable handle for its Shop Grid address.
Set up your public Shop Grid
- Open Shop Grid in Flockly.
- In Your link, review the suggested address. Choose Edit to claim an available permanent handle, then copy the address for your Instagram or TikTok bio.
- Open Customise page to set the profile picture, public page name and short bio.
- Choose which connected social icons should appear. Their profile addresses come from the connected accounts, so update the account in Connections if a handle changes.
- Add up to three custom links, such as Shop all, New arrivals or a Shopify collection page.
- Review the phone preview and save. When Flockly is open through Shopify, saving publishes the public page.
Until a permanent handle is claimed, the suggested address is based on the store name. Renaming the store can change that fallback address. Changing a claimed handle later breaks an older address already placed in a bio, so update any published bio links immediately.
Add a shoppable post tile
Shop Grid post tiles are opt-in, still-image content associated with Instagram or TikTok. Video posts do not appear in the image grid.
- Create or edit an Instagram or TikTok image post.
- Turn on Add to Shop Grid in the composer.
- Open Shop Grid and find the post under Post links.
- Enter a website destination or choose an available Shopify product. If the post has a tagged product, Use tagged product link can fill the suggested destination.
- Save the Shop Grid changes.
A tile appears on the public page only when it has a valid destination. Draft, scheduled, publishing, live and failed labels help identify the post's current publishing state while you configure the page.
Customise the page
Every plan includes the hosted page, public link, post tiles, page details, social links, custom links and preview. Growth and Scale add advanced appearance controls, including themes, backgrounds, button and social-icon styles, grid density, typography choices and Flockly branding controls.
Use a device image or Shopify Files for the profile picture. Keep custom-link labels clear and check every destination in the preview before publishing.
How tracking works
When a visitor selects a Shop Grid product or custom link, Flockly records an anonymous aggregate click and sends the visitor to the destination. Campaign information is added where appropriate so related Shopify orders can be included in Flockly attribution reporting.
Growth and Scale include Shop Grid tap, order and revenue attribution. An order is counted only when the available Shopify journey connects it to the tracked Shop Grid visit. Read how Flockly revenue attribution works before comparing the grid total with complete Shopify revenue.
If a tile or link is missing
- The post is not listed: confirm it is an Instagram or TikTok image post with Add to Shop Grid enabled. Video posts are not eligible for the image grid.
- The tile is not on the public page: add a valid destination URL or select a Shopify product, then save.
- A product is unavailable: open Connections → Manage products. Products turned off there are hidden from Flockly's tagging and Shop Grid choices but remain in Shopify.
- A social icon has the wrong handle: update or reconnect that account in Connections, then return to Shop Grid.
- A link opens the wrong page: correct the post or custom-link destination and save again. Addresses without `https://` are normalised when possible, but an invalid address is not published as a working destination.
- Changes only saved in the browser: open Flockly through Shopify admin and save again to publish the public page.
Per-store custom domains are not currently included. Use the Flockly-hosted production address shown inside the app.
